Level Editor v7.0 Release

Here's a much-needed update for programmers so that they can actually program GUIs into their mods. Aside from programmers, this added in a lot of missing references, so it would definitely be a good idea to update to this version, even if you're not a programmer. Enjoy!

• Hacked GUI.u to add back 7 missing actors
• Fixed 2 incorrect referencings for the Cage actor that prevented it from working as intended
