Level Editor v5.0 Release

I'm going to be honest, this update has so many tiny changes scattered everywhere that I honestly can't literally describe what has been changed. All you need to know is that a ton of tiny bugs were fixed, and that compiling mods via this level editor is now a lot more consistent than it originally was.
