MasterToolz v4.0.2 Release

This is one of those updates where I can't really begin to explain everything I did. I more-or-less added in a ton of features for development, and reworked the entire mod's backend yet again. Regardless of what version you're on, you'll want to update to this version for stability sake. Enjoy!
